  7. Vacuum die casting: It is a process of evacuating air from mold cavity and introducing molten metal under pressure. It is beneficial for producing leak-proof and high-strength components.
  8. Ceramic mold casting: It is a precision casting where ceramic slurry is used to form a mold over a wax or plastic pattern. It is used for materials with high-melting temperatures like stainless steel and various alloys making it a go-to technique in aerospace, artistic and automotive applications.
  9. Plaster Mold Casting: It is a process of pouring metal into a mold made from plaster of Paris. This method is valued for its ability to produce high-accuracy and intricate details with fine finish, making it suitable for prototypes, artistic pieces and production of complex metal parts where precision is important.
  10. Centrifugal casting: Centrifugal casting is a technique where molten metal is poured into a rotating mold, causing metal to be distributed and solidify against mold walls by centrifugal force. It is used in casting cylindrical parts like pipes, bearings ensuring dense and high-quality structure with fewer defects.
  11. Open mold casting: It involves pouring molten metal into a mold that is open at the top allowing metal to solidify in the open air. It is a cost-effective method used for simpler shapes and can produce large castings.
